Zero Group and their Supply Chain Challenges
The goal of the video was to increase our brand awareness in the textile & fashion industry in Germany for the launch of our new software.
Zero is one of the pilot customer. We decided to shoot at their headquarter and in their flagship to show to our audience the complexity of the textile industry and how our technology eases the communication and the management of the transport chain.
Home24 and their Supply Chain Challenges
Home24 is our very first customer: together we build what is Forto today. Home24 encounters different problems in their logistics and supply chain: Lack of visibility, difficulties to create reports and lack of data to enhance decision making on exception cases.
It was important for us to involve the different layers in their organisational structure: from the Operations officer to the supply chain manager, everyone sees values in our solution, which helps them reach better their quarterly goals.
